2017 EVENT INFORMATION

The format is a four person scramble with a 12:45 p.m. shotgun start. Registration includes greens fees, cart, lunch, snacks and beverages during play and awards reception.

Prizes will be awarded for best scores, longest drive, longest putt and more! Plus, every golfer will receive a deluxe gift package from Exclusive Platinum Sponsor FedEx.

Registration/Bag Drop

Registration begins at 11 a.m. The bag drop will be in front of the Picard Grand Pavilion. After dropping off your bag, please report to the registration area located on the back patio of the Picard Grand Pavilion.

Mulligans

Mulligans will be available for purchase on the day of the tournament from The Highmark Caring Place, a Center for Grieving Children, Adolescents and Their Families. The mission of the Highmark Caring Place:

  • To raise awareness of the needs of grieving children
  • To provide programs to address those needs
  • To equip the community to support those children who have experienced the death of a loved one.

Highmark will match the dollars raised in mulligan sales.

Practice Area

Putting green and driving range will be open for your convenience.

Attire

All participants and guests are asked to adhere to the Club's dress code. Acceptable Club attire includes collared shirts, slacks and Bermuda Length shorts. Denim of any kind, t-shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, tennis, running or athletic attire are inappropriate forms of dress for the clubhouse and golf course. The use of non-metal spikes is required on the golf course at all times.

Inclement Weather Policy

Inclement weather may cause the delay or cancellation of the golf activities. In the event of rain or inclement weather, play will continue unless the golf course is deemed unplayable and closed by Club management. In the event of lightning, play may be suspended until such time as the threat of lightning has passed. If play is unable to resume due to continued threat of lightning or closing of the golf course, the Club may issue vouchers at its discretion. Meals and reception will occur regardless of course closure.
