The format is a four person scramble with a 12:15 p.m. shotgun start. Registration includes greens fees, cart, lunch, snacks and beverages during play and awards reception.
Prizes will be awarded for best scores, longest drive, longest putt and more! Plus, every golfer will receive a gift package courtesy of our Exclusive Platinum Sponsor.
And, the Hershey® Country Club is offering a 20 percent discount off everything in the Golf Shop, except for golf clubs and rangefinders, to every golfer.

In-Cart Digital Scorecards and Leaderboard
- Hershey® Country Club now has digital golf scorecards in each cart, so no manual scorekeeping, and everyone will be able to see their own score and the leaderboard for the entire event at all times.
- With the digital format, you will be on either the East or West course.
Price
Foursome – $1,500 member/$2,000 non-member. Registration includes greens fees, cart, lunch, snacks and beverages during play, awards reception meal and drinks.
Every golfer will receive a gift package courtesy of the Exclusive Platinum Sponsor.
Registration/Bag Drop & Parking
Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. Please drive to the Pavillion and a member of the PA Chamber event staff will greet you in your car and give you your golf cart # assignment. After you receive your cart #, please drive to your assigned cart and a member of the Hershey Country Club golf concierge will assist you in unloading your golf bags and directing you to parking. Golf carts will be loaded with ice for your convenience and bars will be open at lunch for you to take beverages with you for the start of the scramble.
Mulligans
Your mulligan sales will support the PA Chamber Foundation. The PA Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) entity.
Practice Area
Putting green and driving range will be open for your convenience.
Attire
All participants and guests are asked to adhere to the Club’s dress code. Acceptable Club attire includes collared shirts, slacks and Bermuda Length shorts. Denim of any kind, t-shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, tennis, running or athletic attire are inappropriate forms of dress for the clubhouse and golf course. The use of non-metal spikes is required on the golf course at all times.
Inclement Weather Policy
Inclement weather may cause the delay or cancellation of the golf activities. In the event of rain or inclement weather, play will continue unless the golf course is deemed unplayable and closed by Club management. In the event of lightning, play may be suspended until such time as the threat of lightning has passed. If play is unable to resume due to continued threat of lightning or closing of the golf course, the Club may issue vouchers at its discretion. Meals and reception will occur regardless of course closure.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your foursome, notify the PA Chamber at least 4 weeks before the event and we will provide a full refund. Sponsorships are nonrefundable. Substitutions are always welcome. For more information on the Business Golf Outing, contact Jennifer O’Donnell, 717.720.5557 | jodonnell@pachamber.org.
